Islands Update!

Captain Justin Fleck called in with an update from the the Excel out of Fishermnan's Landing. We worked our way back up to the islands. We had success on the Yellowtail. They were biting on dropper loop and yoyo and surface iron. We then moved did some Halibut drifts and ended up with some nice Halibut and 23 White Seabass. The White Seabass did not seem to be bothered by the warm water. We will check back in later.

8-2-2015Capt Justin checked in from the Excel to let us know they returned to the islands and found some excellent Yellowtail fishing. Everything was working from yoyo to surface irons as well as the dropper loops, the fish were from 18 to 35 lbs.
