We spent the day looking for bird schools 12 miles from Clarion Island. Early in the morning there was a giant bird school with lots of fish crashing fish in it. We slid up on it and it bit as good as I have ever seen. 40-120 pound fish stuck to the boat like glue. They were biting poppers, surface irons, and skip jigs right on the corner. After a few minutes of fun, we left them biting to try and find some trophies. We are headed towards the beach to try for a few more cows before we head home.
