Capt Mike checked in from the Excel to report that they have had some really exciting fishing the last couple days, fishing at cedros Island for Yellowtails was excellent. We also went offshore and did some kelp fishing and got some really nice bull Dorado, we also soem into some nice schoolsized tuna to off the tanks. The weather has been absolutely beautiful and the water was calm, we are now headed back to the landing and will arrive tomorrow morning. Then we turn around on another 5 day trip, we will check back in again later.

Capt Mike checked in from the Excel as they are headed out on their 7 day trip, we fished offshore today in great weather. It was a little tough for us, but we did find on kelp that was holding Dorado and we managed few good sized fish. We are now headed south looking for more, weather is looking good for tomorrow and hopefully we will find a new area of fish. Everyone is in good spirits...... Read More
