Nick from the Freedom checked in to let us know the fishing was a little tougher today, the current was pretty strong and we had to work at it. We did end the day with 49 Bluefin Tuna, this morning the flatfall was working good. In the afternoon it was the flylined bait with sardines. When you come down we recommend some 25 lb flourocarbon and today it was the smaller hooks that got bit the best. We will check back in again tomorrow.

Freedom Has Limits Of Bluefin

Capt Jeff checked in earlier tday as they were headed in on the Freedom, they ended the day with limits of Bluefin Tuna for the anglers and crew, a total of 84 Bluefin. we also had 4 Yellowfin and a handful of Bonito after that we went in for some Yellowtail. Freedom Trip Wrap Up

Capt Jeff checked in from the Freedom with a trip wrap for todays trip, we had limits of Bluefin Tuna for a total of 74. We also had 6 Yellowfin Tuna and 8 of the good grade Yellowtail, the weather is still holding for us. We had a couple stand out Bluefin at around 40 lbs with some pushing 50 lbs.
