The Dolphin just called in with 250 yellowfin tuna "Limits" (between 12 and 25 pounds), 8 yellowtail (between 8 and 12 pounds), 22 skip jack and 1 dorado to go along with the tuna! Still plenty of daylight left!
We recommend 20 to 30# test line with fluorocarbon and 1 and 1/0 hooks. There is plenty of room on Saturday and Sundays trips.
Upcoming Trips
The Condor just put up some overnight trips departing December 3rd, 4th, 5th, 10th, and 11th! They are targeting local tuna!
The Dolphin has a DEFINITE GO 3/4 day trip going leaving at 6:00am. The weather is predicted to be beautiful, Come on down!
The Dolphin is currently running 3/4 day trips. They are targeting Yellowfin tuna in U.S. waters! Yellowfin were caught within twenty five miles of the point ranging from 20 to 40 lbers! Light tackle is highly suggested for these trips including line size 20-25#, fluorocarbon leader, and size 2 and 1/0 hooks (Anchovy tackle). We also recommend bringing colt snipers!
