Captain Jacob called in with this afternoon with an update from the Ultra out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. We caught 18 Yellowtail. We caught Yellowtail up to 40 pounds. The fish were generally between 12 and 18 pounds. Yo-yo iron was the ticket. We also had limits of Calico Bass for our group.

The Ultra has open party trips next week. If we are all booked up jump on the Freedom.

Ultra Getting Some Nice Yellowtail

Ultra Has 18 Yellowtail Before Lunch

Capt Jeff checked in from the Ultra with a count to report, we have limits of rockfish and 18 Yellowtail today. All are a good grade of fish, we did have a few casualties as they are biting the iron pretty good, especially the Salas Junior 6X.
