Capt John checked in from the Pursuit with a wrap up of Saturdays fishing at Catalina Island, they ended the day with 46 Yellowtail and some pretty good Calico Bass fishing. We fish Catalina Island every day departing at 6 am, the Yellow's are biting.
The Pursuit is the first boat to depart from 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. We depart at 6 AM everyday. Call (310) 832-8304 or BOOK ONLINE.

Capt John Woodrum checked in from the Pursuit to report that they had really good fishing today at Catalina Island today, the did some deep and shallow water rockfishing. After we got our fill of rockfish with some really nice Reds, we headed for the kelp line. We managed to get a few Yellowtail and had them boiled around a lot. The water is still green and cold from the wind storm, we are headed out again...... Read More
