Captain Tino Valentine called in an audio report from the Freedom out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. Today we fished at the other island (also known as San Clemente Island). We had excellent fishing. We had one stop for 4 hours. We stored limits of Calico Bass including a bunch of short released. We also had 23 Yellowtail (we lost quite a few to Sea Lions and structure). In addition, everyone went home with bulging bags of rockfish, whitefish and California Sheephead.
We are chartered tonight. But our next OPEN PARTY trip is scheduled to depart Monday night.

Capt Jeff checked in to let us know that on the way home we stopped on a spot of fish and ended with limits of White Seabass to go with the 102 Yellowtail. The grade of the White Seabass was 25 to 40 lbs, we had limits for the anglers and the crew for a total of 37. We still have a couple spots tonight give us a call at 310-832-8304 and reserve your spot....... Read More
