Captain Jeff Jessop called in with in update from the Freedom out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. We had good fishing and good weather today. We had a really nice grade of Yellowtail today. We caught 52 Yellowtail, 150 Rockfish and some Whitefish.

We have plenty of room on the boat tonight. We depart at 10 PM.

Capt Jeff checked in from the Freedom as they are headed for home with 17 anglers, we ended with 26 good grade of Yellowtail from 12 to 20 lbs. We got them of surface jigs on Yoyo jigs and flylined baits, the weather has been really nice. Capt Tino checked in from the Freedom to report that they had a great day even though the numbers do not show it, if you had 20lb flourocarbon and could cast you were bite in seconds.
