Texas Fish Report

Local streams were in decent shape for Wednesday's fishing, and should be fantastic this coming weekend. Reports were few with the notable exception of local angler Mike Burkett who checked in late Wednesday afternoon. Burkett fished the Gorge area on the San Lorenzo for two fish caught and released; a wild buck and a hatchery hen. Both fish were in the 5-7-pound range, and were caught using shrimp as bait. Way to go Mike!
