Excellent Striper action this week! The best reports coming from boating anglers dragging anchovies or chicken livers. Trout action continues to be excellent too. The State and the County both stoked the lake recently. Come on down and have some fun!

Whoppers:
Brad White from Norco caught a 3.2 pound striper on a chick liver at the east end. Paul Simmons caught a 4.5 pound rainbow trout on a night crawler at ramp 2.

We got a rainbow trout plant of 400 pounds on February 8th. The warmer weather has brought up the striper activity with many boating anglers pulling their limit. Excellent Trout bite at the launch ramp/stocking area on a variety of baits. Floating bait is best. Make it float just above the mossy bottom.
