Snow dances are working! Fishing opener is Sat. April 26th, 2008. Make your plans soon! The fishery should be very healthy this year thanks in part to mother nature for providing snow in the Sierras, Eric and Michelle from Paradise Shores for raising and planting brown trout and the DFG for planting a few thousand pounds last fall. Keep in touch about lake and weather conditions as the opener nears.

The East Walker, Hot Creek and the Upper Owens are open all year. Special regulations apply. Always keep an eye on the weather if venturing to these water.

Fishing season for the reservoir ended on November 15th 2007. Make your plans for next year as the season reopens the last Saturday of April 2008.... Do your snow dances for this winter.
