Our Captains are recommending flylining with 20-25# test line and a 2-1/0 size hook for smaller fish, and 30-50# test for bigger fish. Fluorocarbon is recommended.
UPDATES:
The Pegasus called in with 104 yellowfin tuna!
The Fortune called in with 25 yellowfin tuna and 2 yellowtail.
The Condor called in with 3 yellowfin Tuna on an overnight trip.
The Liberty called in with 2 Yellowfin Tuna from their 3/4 day trip.
RETURNS
The AM DOLPHIN caught 1 Sand bass, 1 Bonito, 65 Rockfish, 10 Whitefish, and 12 Sand dabs for 17 anglers.
The Pacific Dawn returns with 34 Dorado (limits), 25 Yellowfin tuna and 1 Yellowtail for their trip.
The Pacific Queen returns with 109 Yellowfin tuna for their overnight trip. 9/18
The Pacific Quest returns with 1 Yellowtail, 10 Yellowfin Tuna, 35 Bonito, 1 Mako Shark & 2 released marlin. 9/18
The Liberty called in with 35 Yellowfin Tuna (12-25#) for their 3/4 day! 9/18
The Dolphin AM returned with 106 Rockfish & 2 Bonito for 46 anglers 9/18
The Dolphin PM returned in with 12 Yellowfin tuna for their extended half day trip and is still fishing. 20# fluorocarbon was necessary to get bit. 9/18
