Captain Jeff Jessop called in this afternoon with an update from the Freedom out of 22nd Street Landing in San Pedro, CA. We got off to a slow start this morning. But things pickup for us nicely in the afternoon. We had 127 Yellowfin Tuna. The fish are a bit smaller grade than yesterday. I would say 15 to 25 pounds with a few standouts.
We have open trips. One leaves tonight and then a 1.5 day trip departing tomorrow. We also have more tuna trips scheduled.

Capt Tino just checked in from the Freedom to report that today was an excellent both weather wise and flat calm seas. We had some exceptional fishing today and ended the day with 71 Yellowfin Tuna from 30 to 60 lbs, we must have had 130 hook ups today.
