Bass fishing was rated as fair to good last week, with most the fish coming on drop shot, and jigs, in 30’ to 50’ of water. Most of the largemouth have been in the 1.5 to 2.5 pound range, with fish to 5Ibs. reported at the marina. No word on any catfish, or panfish last week. Give the aqueduct arm a try if your after the panfish, as this was last are known area to hold crappie, bluegill, etc.

Bass fishing has been fair, with fish still all over the water column. Shallow fish have been taking senkos, Texas rigged plastics, and small swimbaits. Once again, not much has changed here, bass are still scattered from 5’ to 60' all over the lake. Shallow fish have been taking senkos, jigs, and some reaction baits. Deeper fish falling for spoons and drop shot. Main lake points have been the most productive. Crappie have been biting some, but locations have been disclosed.
