Fishing at Castaic has slowed down a bit this last few weeks.The water level at Castaic is almost at 100%.All the new water has affected the fishing but when everything settles it should pick up. The striper fishing has been slow.The laremouth and smallmouth bass are starting to move shallow and are starting to bite better.Most bass are being caught on plastic worms and night crawlers in 10 to 25ft deep.The catfish bite has been slow.

Fishing at Castaic has slowed down a bit this last few weeks.The water level at Castaic is at 93% capacity.All the new water has affected the fishing but when everything settles it should pick up. Fishing at Castaic has slowed down a bit this last two weeks.The water level at Castaic is at 90% capacity.All the new water has affected the fishing but when everything settles it should pick up.
