The water temperature is 60-62 degrees. Striper: High Action: Anglers have caught many Stripers this week early morning hours at the Inlet using Anchovies, shad, spooks and chicken livers, top water lures and jigs. Blue Gill: Low Action: Blue gills this week at Launch Ramp 1 off the peaks using night crawlers. Catfish: Low Action: Slow for cats, only a few reported this past week. Large Mouth: Medium Action: Many anglers this week catching Lg. Mouth along points, coves and along the shore. Try catching them on purple and green robo worms, meal worms, and swimbaits have been doing extremely well. Trout: Trout stock will be resuming, next on January 17th, 2018...600 pounds. Carp: No Action. Stop by the camp store or marina and share your fishing stories with us and get a picture taken so we can post it on FB. Catch and release is a great thing to practice to insure the species a healthy abundant environment to keep on producing for many more years of fun here.
