Texas Fish Report

Very good barracuda fishing continues with both the limited load extended ?? day and ?? day trips getting hundreds of barracuda along with fair to excellent bass fishing. The Nautilus had 182 barracuda on their morning ?? day trip for 57 anglers. The Patriot has 240 plus barracuda and 18 sand bass and still fishing on their open party limited load extended ?? day trip today (Saturday July 5). The Ultra on a ?? day charter today with 24 anglers had 115 calico bass, 125 sand bass, and 2 halibut fishing coastal today. Very good barracuda and bass fishing today. The Patriot has an open party limited load extended ?? day trip for Sunday (July 6) limited to 40 anglers at $90. Currently they only have 15 anglers as of 3:45 pm Saturday. The Patriot has open party ?? day trips for all of next week (except Monday July 7 the Nautilus will be running open party ?? day).
The Amigo has an open party overnight leaving tonight at 9 pm. Limited to 18 anglers at $170. Currently 13 reservations. They will be fishing San Clemente Island targeting yellowtail and white sea bass. Surface iron and live squid has been the hot ticket for the yellowtail and live squid for the white sea bass. The yellowtail and white sea bass have been good sized running from 25-40 pounds. Conditions look good and Captain Dan Connelly thinks Sunday's trip looks very promising. He will be running this trip.
We will have open party overnight trips all next week.

The Ultra also has an open party overnight trip tonight with several spots available. Limited to 9 anglers at $240.
