Texas Fish Report

The lake reopened this past Thursday to a decent bass bite.  Early morning has many fish schooled up, and chasing bait in open water.  Small swimbaits, rip baits, top waters, and spoons all worked on these fish.  Later in the morning, Texas rigs, and drop shot fished in 30' to 40' of water seemed to be the best bet.  The grass beds have died off, and took the bluegill bite with them.  Catfish went unreported last week
