We spent the day today on the Yellowfin grounds and we put together a catch of Yellowfin and Dorado. It was light line fishing at its finest. 20 pound test and a size1 hook was the way to go if you wanted a bite. Afterwards Chef Brian prepared his famous Rack of Lamb with a Blueberry mint gastrique sauce and braised carrots. We will check in later.
