LATEST PLANT WAS AUGUST 23RD – 1,000 LBS – WEIGHING 1 TO 5 LBS.
With Pardee still planting fish its no surprise most of the fishing stories have been about the trout!!!
Its been a great week at Pardee for Trout. Mr. Lo, of Stockton limited out on the 24th using yellow garlic scented power bait, fishing off rainbow point with his largest weighing 2.5 pounds. Mark, also from Stockton, limited out with his stringer weighing 12 lbs. His largest trout at 4 lbs., He was fishing 40ft. deep, using speedy shiners, out by the Dam. Also limiting out were Brian and some friends from Lodi, fishing off shore from the Woodpile, using green and rainbow power bait, and Larry from Elk Grove using speedy shiners, 40-50 ft. deep near the Dam. KOKANEE/ TROUT Joe Aksamit (Joefish Guide Service) caught 3 Kokanee and 4 Trout this week using cotton candy bill squids and moonshine dodgers, fishing 70ft down at the south end of the lake, bringing in a 6.4 pound trout!! Great Fishing Joe!!! Ed and Tim (Gone Fishing) brought in 9 Kokanee on the 23rd with the largest being 14 inches. They were using j-pex lures with a gold dodger and were fishing in the middle of the lake. BASS: Peter, Chris and Don from Elk Grove caught and released 7 Bass on the 24th. They were using top water poppers, fishing out at Mcaffee Gulch. Their largest weighing in at 2Lbs.
