The best fishing will be from a boat. Anglers can launch at an improved boat ramp at Boice Cope County Park. Anglers are allowed five trout daily; only one over 20 inches. Boat anglers are reminded to clean all aquatic vegetation off their boats and trailers before heading home to help control the spread non-native plants and animals. The lake can be very windy, so anglers will want to check weather before heading out. Early mornings or late evenings tend to be the best.
