Carlos is well-known to anglers, having been around for many years. He is 97 years old, always wears cowboy hats and boots, and was a former liftpole tuna fisherman in the Eastern Pacific. He works at H&M, and has always been remarkably constant. If you see him or know where he is, please notify H&M Landing or the police.
