The road to the Little Truckee remains snowed in and access will be limited here. Those able to get out will find good hatches of Winter Stones, BWO’s, Midges and a few Skwalas. These fish are notoriously picky and a light leader, stealthy approach and appropriate fly selection will be necessary!
