Texas Fish Report

We had another fantastic day on the water. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. The stripe bass bite was red hot again, fish crashing the surface all around the boat was the norm for most of the day. We managed full limits of bass and picked off some nice Halibut in the process.

23 limits of bass (46) 12 Halibut to 12 pounds

Also. Live bait update The guys at J and P bait have been busting their buts searching for bait. It’s been elusive so far this spring. I will keep everyone posted when it is available for purchase.

However I have secured a limited supply of live bait for this week starting tomorrow. And will be working hard to have it on board the boat the rest of the season. It’s a mix of shiners and other baits that have proved effective. Let’s see how it works out Tomorrow’
