Texas Fish Report

Hi gang,

We traveled North yesterday in less than ideal weather conditions. We were not able to get into the water I wanted to look at do to the 20 knots of wind and high seas that we experienced most of the day. Yesterday ended up being a travel day. We fished the coast this morning and found an area of hard bottom that had good fishing for reds, whitefish, sheephead, and some lingcod. We were in less than 120 feet of water and they were biting good. The whitefish were especially aggressive and most were 5 to 7 pounds. All of what we caught today are delicious eating and everyone had a blast. We are currently traveling home and we have an ETA of 0645 tomorrow.
