The water temperature is between 76-78 degrees. Next stock of Catfish will be August 2ns.
Striper: Medium Action: The bite has been a little slower than normal on the cut bait. It’s still possible to land a few over at the dam. It’s that time to start keeping an eye out for boils throughout the lake. Male sire to keep a topwater close!
Largemouth Bass: Medium Action: largemouth action has been pretty good on simple rigs such as drop shot worm, seiko, or shaky head worm. Nightcrawler have also been producing a few fish.
Catfish: High Action: Plenty of big cats out there anywhere in coves, along the banks, over by launch ramp 2 using chicken livers, anchovies and night crawlers.
Bluegill: Low action: Bluegill are being caught over in the East Bay, using red worms, wax worms, and meal worms.
Trout: No Action reported
Carp: High Action: Still plenty of carp always ready to catch.
