South Lake is still wide open for boaters thanks to cooler evening temps and decent stockings of DFG fish. Planters-a-plenty is the standard right now and just about anything you want to throw at them will work. Crawlers, PB, Thomas Bouyants, mini-jigs and powerworms are the best.
