More wind again this week with a few days of calm weather helping to bring up a little better striper action. Un confirmed reports of a few double digit striper and numerous smaller schoolies in the 2-5 pound range seen from the dam and from the shoreline to the right of the main ramp. Some reports of schoolies taken on the west ramp where some trout have been pushed in by the winds. Largemouth Bass have made a show in the mornings just after opening with a few reports of 3 and 4 pounders with 1-2 pounds being the average. Some reports of decent Largemouth Bass down in the lagoon with a few in the 5 and 6 pound range for tuber and kayakers. Catfish have slowed but a few have been taken both in the upper lake and in the lower. Bait of choice has been cut mackerel and big balls of dough bait with a lot of stink to it.
