Striped Bass: Solid cut bait bite going on at the dam as well as off the main point near the marina. Still mostly a smaller grade of fish coming out. Some reports of boils happening in the early mornings as well as closer to closing time. Some larger models being landed within the boils.
Bluegill: not many anglers focusing on bluegills although if you bring crickets you will likely connect to some fish! Pieces of nightcrawlers or whole red worms also work well.
Catfish: Use chicken liver around ramp 2 or inlet area if fishing by boat. Some days worms seem to work better than liver, we recommend trying both..
Largemouth Bass: Bite holding up very well. Small softballs with an underpin have been very effective as well as customer swim jigs. Keeping it simple can also be a very effective way to cover lots of water. Tie on a jerk or flip stick bait.
Trout: No Action
Carp: No action to be reported.
