Halibut Fishing is Still Good Near Cement Ship

The fishing is still good for Halibut near the Cement Ship. There have been some nice Halibut caught near the Mile Buoy. The Rock fishing continues to be great up near Davenport. The Blue fin were spotted again near Cypress Point. The wind was down but it was smoky.
