Striped Bass: Try using chicken liver or other cut baits near the dam and inlet. Always keep an eye out for boiling schools. Trolling can also be a very productive tactic.

Bluegill: We recommend bringing crickets and fly lining them in the east end. Another excellent bait is a whole mealworm or piece of nightcrawler. 

Catfish: Use chicken liver or other cut bait near the inlet if you have access or the same baits all over the Ramp 2 area. It is fairly easy to have a productive day fishing for cats. 

Largemouth Bass: Not much action on largemouth this past week. Try using good ole fashion night crawlers. A few anglers have had luck using cut baits. The bite is there but you must have patience. 

Trout: No Action

Carp: No action to be reported.

Striped Bass: Medium action on these beauties. By boat & using cut baits have been the way to go for striped bass around the inlet and dam area and middle fo the lake for the past couple of weeks. Another Solid Week of Catfishing

Striped Bass: Some boils are still being reported after hours. Most anglers have been having success by using fly lined or cut bait such as chicken livers. Some fish are being taken on top water lures as well.  Bluegill: Not much news to be reported.
