Breaking bass still your best bet here with largemouth chasing silversides of main lake points. Small flukes, swimbaits, and A rigs tricked the majority of the fish caught last week. The finesse bite has picked up a bit in the afternoon hours, also off of main lake points. Both panfish and catfish went unreported to the concession last week.

San Vicente ReservoirThe finesse bite on the bottom has tapered off, as most of the bass are schooled up, and chasing silverside on the surface in the main lake. So if you’re into chains boils, you’re in the right place.Small flukes, spoons and swimbaits all produced last week.
