Striped Bass: The cut bait/liver bite has seen a small uptick this week, the inlet is finally refilling the lake so that should become the hot spot once again. Some private batters ahem reported a decent hard bait bite.
Bluegill: Medium action for bluegill using mealworms or crickets. A mini jig tipped with some meat can be an extremely productive method.
Catfish: Catfish bite has definitely slowed although you can expect it to puck up as the weather continues to warm the water. Anchovies or mackerel have been the way to go!
Largemouth Bass: Largemouth bass bite has been pretty steady. The water level is slowly coming back up so you will need to explore new territory.
Trout: Similar to last week stockings are back to regular scheduled dates, being every other week. For best results try to come target trout as soon as possible after a delivery of fresh fish. Use powerboat or mini jigs. Last trout stock was February 16th.
