Striped Bass: The usual tactics are still the most productive. Use chicken liver/anchovies at the inlet or dam area. Another effective method would be trolling a hard bait throughout the lake, especially main lake.

Bluegill: Mini jigs tipped with a mealworm or cricket are usually most productive.

Catfish: Use chicken liver, anchovies, mackerel or nightcrawlers on the bottom throughout the lake but especially near Ramp 2 or the inlet area. Catfishing is relatively slow lately.

Largemouth Bass: Ika’s and ned rigs have continues to be very effective the last few days. Bass have definitely begun to move up shallow.

Trout: Last stock was March 16th. Come out as soon as possible after the stock and throw your favorite mini jig or color or powerboat.

Carp: No action to be reported.

Striped Bass: Medium Action, water level is rising. Use chicken liver/anchovies at the inlet or dam area. Bluegill: Mealworms or crickets are still the most productive way to catch these Bluegill. Striped Bass: The usual tactics are still the most productive. Water level is extremely low. A method would be trolling a hard bait throughout the lake, especially main lake.
