Bass Bite Was Very Good Last Week

The bass bite was very good last week, with anglers reporting up to 30 fish a day for these efforts. Just about everything thrown was bit, but finesse techniques, fly-lines plastics etc. produced the lion’s share. Most of the largemouth have been in the 1-2 pound range with the occasional 3-5 pounder coming in as well. The panfish bite is still a little behind schedule, but those targeting them are getting some results. Catfish went unreported to the concession last week.

The bass bite was good last week, finesse techniques fished in 20’ of water was the ticket to success. most of the largemouth are in the 1.5-2 pound range with the occasional 5 pounder coming in as well. The Bass Are Biting Well

The bass are biting well here, most of the fish coming on finesse antis fished anywhere from 1’ to 25’ of water all over the ales. The majority are cookie cutter bucks in the 1.5-2.5 pound range, with the occasional 4-6 pound large coming in as well.
