Texas Fish Report

Captain Bill Cavanaugh of the Intrepid out of Point Loma Sportfishing in San Diego, CA called in to us today.

We went looking and did some exploring. We caught limits on Day 1 on this Three day trip. We wanted to get down below and try and locate the bigger fish. We saw quite a bit of scattered Bluefin throughout the day. It looks very encouraging. We caught 20 Yellowtail on various kelps. We stayed with a larger school for 7 hours yesterday. We need up hooking 8 fish and lost every single one but landed 1 tapped out 115 pound. The fish that we did land we pulled on it for 3.5 hours.
