Striped Bass: Extremely high number of smaller grade striped bass coming out of the lake. Best results are out by the buoy line and inlet. Chicken liver as well as vertically jigging has been most productive and nightcrawlers as well.
Bluegill: Mini jigs tipped with a mealworm or cricket are usually most productive. Small rooster tails or kastmasters can also be highly effective.
Catfish: Use chicken liver, anchovies, mackerel or garlic nightcrawlers on the bottom throughout the lake but especially near Ramp 2 or the inlet area. Catfishing is relatively slow lately. Last stock of Catfish was May 7th & 21st, 2021.
Largemouth Bass: Largemouth have been terribly slow. Not busy report this past week. Most were taken on Senko’s and 110 size jerk baits.
Trout: No Action
Carp: No action to be reported!
