Tuesday Bluefin Update

  • The Aztec just called in with a couple of cows. They have a 220 and 248lb Bluefin. They also have a handful of fish in the 30-120lb range. Although the big ones were caught on the kite, there was good opportunity on the sinker rigs and jigs for the fish up to 120.

The San Diego wrapped up their Full Day trip with 135 Yellowtail for 33 anglers. Captain Matt is still recommending bringing a heavier setup just in case they come across some of those bigger Bluefin. Don't leave the dock unprepared! The Aztec returned this morning from a 3 Day trip with 73 Bluefin for their 25 anglers. The Aztec still has availability for a couple of their 3 Day trips at the end of this month so grab a spot before time runs out!
