Saturday Reports

  • The San Diego ended their Full Day Coronado Islands trip with 2 Yellowtail, 1 Bonito, 42 Vermillion Rockfish and 140 Assorted Rockfish. Excellent sign of Yellowtail continues to be seen at the islands but the fish were reluctant to let their guard down and bite during this trip. A nice bag of Assorted Rockfish rounded out their day at the islands. A few spots remain for tomorrow's trip (Sunday) and light passenger loads are a possibility during the upcoming weekdays!
  • The Tribute is very close to limits of bluefin for their 1.5 Day Trip. The fish are in the 15-25 pound range, and they are hunting for some bigger fish now.
  • The Aztec's is on day three of their Three Day Trip, and they have 115 bluefin on the boat!

Friday Reports The New Seaforth got into a hot Calico Bass bite for their Half Day PM trip. Plastics, Stickbaits and live bait all worked well making for a fun day for both the avid and beginner angler! Their is still some availability is left for this weekend's Half Day Trips. Calico Bass & Rockfish Action - Trip Announcements

The New Seaforth had some great Calico Bass action with some fun bottom fishing on today's AM half Day Trip. 8 Calico Bass were caught and many more were released making for some nice late season top water action!
