Not a lot of action is currently taking place on the Feather, noted John Lackey at Feather River Outfitters in Oroville. "The stripers that had been here for the last three weeks have moved out, but there are still a few small steelhead being caught."

Lake Oroville low-water launch ramp opens today The Department of Water Resources has scheduled a ribbon-cutting ceremony for 10:00 AM today [Friday September 25] to unveil its new Lake Oroville low-water boat launch ramp at the Bidwell Canyon Marina.
