  • The Tribute called in this morning from a 1.5 Day trip with near limits of Bluefin Tuna for their 32 anglers. The tuna were up to 60lbs..

  • The San Diego called in this morning with 12 Bluefin Tuna on the deck, two of which were in the 80lb class. The other 10 ranged from 120 to 160lbs. A well prepared angler on these trips would have at least an 80# rig with 100 to 130# preferred..

The Tribute returned this morning from a 1.5 Day trip just shy of limits with 62 Bluefin for their 32 anglers. The Pacifica called in this afternoon with limits of Bluefin for their 28 anglers. Captain Andrew reported that they had a solid flyline bite on 25/30# with most of the fish coming during the daylight hours. Bluefin Limits & Half Day Bass

Update 5/3/22 12:30 PM:The Polaris Supreme just called in from their 1.5 Day with limits of Bluefin weighing between 20-60 pounds! The Pacifica returned this morning with 56(limits) Bluefin for their 28 anglers. Captain Andrew recommends having jigs between 200-250 grams and hooks and leader for flyline and the sinker rig. The New Seaforth had a fantastic PM Half Day trip today with over 40 legal Calico Bass and a whopper 40 pound White Seabass to go with! We have trips available...... Read More
