Texas Fish Report

Good day everyone! Todays spotlight is on John for catching this massive 30lb carp on Saturday! The catfish opener was this past weekend and the bite has been hot since! The catfish have been biting the best off of stinkbait, shrimp, mackerel, or nightcrawlers! We stocked lakes 2,3, and 4 with a total of 2,500 lbs. of catfish and some trophy sized cats in the mix. Still plenty of fish so get out here so you're not missing out!

The catfish aren't the only fish biting either, the bass bite has also been hot! Spinner baits, swimbaits, crank baits, soft plastics, and worms have all been working with the bass. Lots of action across the board and with pleasant weather on the horizon it looks like a good time for fishing!
