With warmer temperatures anglers fishing early morning or late evening are doing the best on both hatchery trout and cutthroat. This lake is best fished by boat as there is very limited bank access. There is an improved boat ramp at Boice Cope County Park near the outlet of Floras Lake. Before heading out, anglers will want to check the weather as this can be a very windy lake.
