Texas Fish Report

Started out fishing the island where we had a decent shot on yellows and filled the bags on quality cods. We then ventured offshore where the bluefin were a lot more show than go during the day we had 4 all about 25 pounders. Once it started to get dark we had 11 fish anywhere from 60-200 pounds. If you’re coming fishing with us anytime soon bring flyline gear 25 to 40 pound a 50-80 pound rod for either a small colt sniper or a tungsten jig and a heavy rod for the nighttime stuff bring anything in between 250-400 gram knife jigs. We ended with. 13 bluefin, 1 Barracuda, 7 Yellowtail, 5 Lingcod, 63 Whitefish, 147 Rockfish
