Texas Fish Report

Bottom fishing went really well today and the luck for our fisher-people was that the bite began a few hours before the storm predicted for today came in. It was suppose to be here earlier in the morning but waited till about 10am and by that time our folks had limits of rockfish with a few Lingcod landing on the filet table. The Crabbing today appears to be picking up as most folks averaged about 4+ on the morning trips.

Salmon finished off the summer season with a bang with the best fishing & catching of the summer. Of course that would happen on the fine day. We will be back fishing for them September 1st when the season opens back up again. That will be the season where we can catch legal length Coho with the adipose fin attached.
