On Friday, I stopped by Comins Lake to check out the conditions. There were a few people out enjoying the day, fishing along the shoreline. Despite the chilly weather.

Notably, ice had started to form on the north side of the lake, signaling the onset of colder temperatures, and signs of the upcoming winter season beginning to appear.
