Texas Fish Report

The trout are biting well along the southern shore from the South Shore Rock Pile east. Rainbow powerbait has been working well along with small jigs and spoons. Next week’s plant will be the fourth consecutive weekly plant.

 

The catfish are still biting, especially at the West Buoy Line. Lake Wohlford cats prefer mackerel, chicken liver, or shrimp.

 

Black Crappie can be found in the early mornings underneath the Crappie Float. They bite best on crappie jigs or live golden shiners.
