After a very busy week, Redrum is keeping up the pace with a great day to start off the week. On Monday the 16th, Tantrum with guests Ken Lulow and friend caught and released 2 Marlin and kept a 40+ Mako shark. The Mako sharks are starting to be consistently caught in Cabo San Lucas, although the fight is short its fun and its quite a treat watching the Captain and Mate strategically work to make sure everyone on board is safe at the same time bringing in the fish for a tasty treat! Our Marlin count continues to be on the rise as El Nuevo chalked up 3 more tag and releases. Reel Rum pitched in and added 2 more perfectly released Marlin to the board. On the 17th Mark Elliot's group began their fishing trip on 3 pangas catching Sierra and Rooster. Jeff Perrone and his sons had a fantastic day with Omar and Ramon aboard Reel Rum. His sons reeled in a Marlin, a Rooster, and a Yellow-Tail, along with Sierra. It was a pleasure meeting them and we look forward to fishing with Mr. Perrone and his family for a long time. On the 18th, Mr. Scalas and friend went out on Tantrum and had a busy day. Cesar was able to hook 4 Marlin, bringing them all to the boat and releasing them. Great job guys, see you next time. Our long time friend John Henigin had two great days aboard Reel Rum, catching 4 Marlin total. We were lucky enough to be part of his friend JP's first Marlin catch. Congrats JP! On the 20th, Tantrum continued its tempo with another triple catch and release day. Rex Harmon and his son went aboard Reel Rum yesterday and hooked up a monster. The fight lasted over an hour and on the other end of the line was a 180+ Striped. They released it and headed in. Congrats on your first Marlin catch and of course on your recent engagement. Come back and see us.
