Dockside Processing , www.docksideprocessing.com, is open and waiting to take your fillets from the boat and "Captain's Cut" them (skin, debone and clean off) then vacuum pack in 5ml bags so all processing/packaging chores are done before you leave the landing, we'll take care of the mess.
